Before your wedding:

Unlimited phone and email support to ask questions about anything from vendor recommendations to timeline questions and design
Vendor recommendations to help match you with the best fit for your budget and style
Planning meeting 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding to discuss layout, decor placement and flow of events
Create the timeline for wedding day from hair and makeup to photos all the way to send-off
Review contracts from venue and vendors to ensure nothing is missing
Confirm vendors 1-2 weeks prior to answer questions, confirm arrival time and send layout and timeline 
Final meeting phone call 3-4 weeks prior to wedding to discuss all details and double check everything. We will put you at ease that all your hard work will come together flawlessly Rehearsal run-through with assistant coordinator

Day of the wedding:

Lead Planner and assistant coordinator for up to 10 hours 
Set up of all decor items the way you envisioned
Assist vendors in unloading, set up and timeline execution 
Cue vendors and line-up wedding party for ceremony 
Direct guests and answer questions
If any problem does arise, we will take care of it without interrupting your day
Put gifts and cards in a safe location
Clean up and pack up any decor items
