Help with finding your perfect venue and attending top three choices
First planning meeting to discuss wedding vision, possible venues and vendor recommendations, budget breakdown and overall wedding planning
Up to 2 planning meetings to discuss progress, details and design
Attend vendor meetings to help ask pertinent questions, give input and guidance up to six meetings
Negotiation of venue and vendor contracts
Wedding design creation and implementation
Help manage wedding website
Negotiate room blocks for out of town guests
Venue walk through to discuss layout, decor placement and flow of events
Create the timeline for wedding day from hair and makeup to photos all the way to last dance
Confirm vendors 1-2 weeks prior to answer questions, confirm arrival time and send layout and timeline
Final meeting 3-4 weeks prior to wedding to discuss all final details
Rehearsal run-through
Day of the wedding:
Lead Planner, assistant coordinator and bridal party attendant for up to 12 hours
Set up of all decor
Assist vendors in unloading, set up and timeline execution
Cue vendors and wedding party for ceremony
Direct guests and answer questions
If any problem does arise, we will take care of it without interrupting your day
Put gifts and cards in a safe location
Clean up and pack up any decor items
Distribution of vendor payments and tips
